Um... dough-head. Kazakhstan (note the spelling) is in the interior of the former USSR, along the Caspian Sea. Nowhere near the coast.
It seams that your alliterative love needs to be toned down a bit.

Climb into your kayak , o nattering numbskull of negativism, ,and head for the Kara Sea. Hang a left at the Gulf of Ob, and turn up the Irtysh . Kazakhstan is just past Omsk . The river runs through Kazakhstan for a thousand miles, continuing into China.
