If this was his concern, then why--for heaven's sake--didn't Ted tell us?!
It's clear why he doesn't want these things off Martha's Vineyard: they'll really put a scare in the bluefish! And they might land on lobsters or quahogs.

The real booster of Cape Wind was my Nantucket neighbor and synthetic diamond nemesis, Jack Welch, whose Lynn plant makres rotating machinery and would as soon gear up to sell windmills as jet fighter engines .
If you are in the line of fire, it doesn't much signify whether one big cold blade gets thrown or a bunch of little hot ones .
